Description At Retail Rebel, the Audubon, Iowa Retail Store Manager reports to the District Manager.
This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, sales, and employees at the Audubon location.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining staff schedules, working with customers on the sales floor, review supply and demand for product, make hiring decisions, store upkeep including opening and/or closing, and upholds store policies for safety and production.
