Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager role is responsible for supporting the strategic objectives of Plug Power by staying connected to matters which impact the people and the culture of the organization. This individual must maintain a thorough understanding of business priorities and continue working to build trusted relationships with a diverse audience of internal stakeholders representing a wide variety of HR support needs. This role is a subject matter expert providing guidance on all HR topics such as: employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, compliance and much more.
