Job Description

★ You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions for customers

★ Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical analyses to ensure the viability and performance of proposed solutions

★ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

★ Conduct prototype testing, evaluate results, and iterate designs to optimize product performance and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

> Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

> Proven experience in product development, preferably within the marine, energy, or related industries.

> Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
