Job Description
• Work with relevant stakeholders for uploading and updating articles on Seller Education Hub
• Localize all materials from regional team [BD and Ops feature]
• Monitor dashboard and create reports for articles and webinars
• Work with regional team to develop Seller Education Hub
• Create / upload / maintain seller blog & articles

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience (Prior experience in e-commerce platform or social media channel related role would be a plus)
• Skilled with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel—can track and filter data, create graphs and charts, understand pivot tables, etc
• Ability to work under pressure when necessary, and to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts constructively
