SCOPE
• The Director of Stewarding is responsible for all aspect for the set-up, manage daily kitchen and restaurant utility operations and stewarding staff in accordance with the pre-determined schedule and standards; according to the sanitation and safety working standards and procedures. Including dish room operations, day/night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance and banquet operations.
• Maintain the high performance level with maximum efficiencies and able to recommend strategic plans for improvements across all properties.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Previous experienced in similar job role or minimum 15-20year experience in stewarding positions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
• Familiar with the Philippines Labor Market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Best Business Practice.
• Excellent people management knowledge.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the kitchen and outlets.
