Our Human Capital Department seeks a driven and goal-oriented Trainer Administration Staff!

The Human Capital Trainer Administration Staff is responsible for providing administrative support and recommending process change or streamlining based on actual experience as a result of immersion in all departments of the Human Capital group. The HCGS will also render required teaching availability as mandated by the company. Finally, this role will assist his/her immediate supervisor with other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
• Completes assigned tasks in the department where he or she is immersed to get a grasp of day-to-day operations.
