JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible of transaction facilitation such as promotions liquidation, hotel and travel requests, GPS downloading and car maintenance. A bridge between assigned department to other section and department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Talks to sales team and other department with regards to documentation facilitation, approval, and request, surveys and distribution of giveaways.
• Checks the validity of promotion liquidation and encoding of result.
• Collates and check the validity of travel request and hotel accommodation for approval.
• Monitor and follow up status of hotel for accreditation.
• Monitor and follow up status of housing contract to Field Sales and GA and keep such records.
• Downloading of GPS, update monitoring of GPA vs actual OB.
• Monitor submission of daily sales report of field sales.
• Checks validity of toll fee usage.
• Checks the status (actual) of company vehicle and advise send out for the repair.
