A Technical Supervision Expert in Construction is required to work in the Project Management and Technical Supervision Team for construction at a large infrastructure facility in Astana. Employment in a young, flexible, and progressive local project management company or employment for a short-term hybrid contract. Reporting to the Project Director.

Responsibilities
• Full range of technical supervision services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Proposing measures to improve work on the project, interaction with the general contractor, the Customer and government agencies;
• Interaction with members of our Team (5-10 people), teams of the Customer and the general contractor (2-3 people);
• Providing advisory support to the Team on technical document flow, construction technologies, quality, and supervisory functions;
