Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring national transactions cyclical and taking action for refund and dispute requests.

• Review and handle reported complaints and issues.

• Contact Acquirers and follow up dispute cases.

• Preparing reports upon customers request

• Follow up on reported cases status daily.

• Perform other duties as requested by the line manager

Education

• A bachelor’s degree

Experience

• +4 years of experience in e-payment

• Good Knowledge in VROL

• Professional using in Microsoft suits.
