• Accountable for audit as per plan & development of periodic reports:
• Design and execute audit procedures to assess and measure company compliance with its internal and statutory policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits as per Audit plan covering all areas in the organization to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
• Audit the organizations financial records, statements, and reports, verifying accuracy and consistency.
• Audit the information systems, assessing compliance with data security and storage requirements.
• Report issues and recommendations to the group company while playing an active role in the continuous improvement of the audit function.
• Prepare audit reports in a timely and organized manner while ensuring that all conclusions are properly documented and maintained for allocated investments and companies.
• Discuss audit findings and recommendations with the appropriate management.
