• MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:*

To support the Registered Manager in the successful running of the residence by ensuring that the highest standards of care & support are provided to residents who are residing in the home, as well as ensuring the optimum health and well-being of residents at all times

This role will be to supervise and lead staff in encouraging the resident’s independence, autonomy, community participation and individual aspirations and ensure a holistic approach to individual care.

• To ensure the home is adequately staffed and the team are operating efficiently and effectively, taking into account resident requirements whilst adhering to budget.
