Our client, a prestigious golf club near Virginia Water, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. The working week will comprise 45 hours per week from 1 April to 30 September and 35 hours per week 1 October to 31 March, working 5 days out of 7, excluding breaks. Duties include:*To prepare and cook food for all menus to the standards required.*To assist in menu development*To cook using recipes as required at all times.*Stock control and due diligence checks*Complying with the Health & Safety at Work and Hygiene regulationsThe ideal candidate would have/be:*NVQ 2 or equivalent*Minimum of 5 years catering experience*Able to communicate with all team members, Members and guests.*Committed to a career in catering.*Prepared to work anti-social hours.*Good personal presentation*A high degree of personal motivation and ability to resolve problems.*Hands on approach.*Authoritative, energetic personalityEmployee Benefits
