As a Tech Lead, you will manage a team of web and mobile developers on a variety of projects. Your mission is to guarantee the quality and technical performance of the solutions delivered.

Open-ended contract based in Errachidia, Morocco.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the team of frontend and backend developers
• Define the technical architecture of projects
• Establish code standards and development processes
• Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring
• Identify team training needs and deliver training courses
• Contribute to the recruitment of technical profiles
• Draw up estimates and monitor development progress
• Maintain a constant technological watch

Profile required:
• At least 3 years' experience in web development
• Solid skills in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of continuous testing and deployment practices
• Rigor, autonomy and communication skills
