Our client is an Automotive Industry. Location: Pluak Daeng, Rayong Province.

Report to VP Manufacturing (Thai National)

Job scope: This entails translating during meetings, production line operations, and company events such as town hall meetings and company activities. The role also involves managing the calendars of executives, taking care of guests and welcoming them on occasion, and handling document-related tasks. Additionally, the job requires acting as a personal assistant duties, organizing meetings and minit of reports as needed.

Daily deal with Manufactory Director who is a Chinese National.

Working Day: Mon-Fri (Sat-Sun Weekend)

Working Hours: 7:30 17:00 (After is overtime.)

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
