What you’ll do

As a Senior Writer, you’ll help craft the voice of TTEC, a global customer engagement company working in a disruptive industry. The convergence of technology and customer expectations means that traditional businesses are looking for experts and thought leadership about the future of customer interactions. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented editorial writer with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Someone who isn’t afraid of deadlines or multiple projects, who can craft a story in a variety of formats for a business audience.
