We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Director / CEO.
Will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
· Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and prioritize them accordingly.
