THE RBFA AND BELGIAN FOOTBALLL

Football in Belgium is organised by the Belgian Federation (RBFA), in close collaboration with the Pro League (in charge of the 2 highest professional leagues in Belgium), Voetbal Vlaanderen and ACFF (in charge of amateur football in the Flemish and Walloon part of Belgium respectively). The PRD, the Professional Refereeing Department, a body within the RBFA, oversees refereeing at the 2 professional league levels and works in partnership with Voetbal Vlaanderen and ACFF (in charge of refereeing in Flanders and Wallonia) for the development and recruitment of match officials.
