Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at The Belgadia Palace located in Baripada. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Office Executive will also collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
