Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Mechanic at Jenspak located in Sekondi-Takoradi. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work on industrial machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and installing new parts. The Maintenance Mechanic will also work proactively to prevent breakdowns and downtime, and will collaborate closely with other members of the maintenance team.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship or associate degree program in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex industrial equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems
