Job Description

This position is on the Vietnam Program Management team. The role is to lead a global, cross-functional team to deliver programs to key customers. As an experienced Program Manager, you will have the confidence and opportunity to identify and contribute to process improvements that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining project plans according to XP’s Project Development Lifecycle. Lead and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and customer commitments.
