Job responsibilities:1. Provide efficient administrative support, including scheduling, meeting scheduling and document management.2. Responsible for handling external public relations of the company and assisting in the reception of guests;3. Manage and update project documents, reports and related documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.4. Organize and coordinate meetings and activities inside and outside the company, including meeting room booking, meeting materials preparation and meeting minutes.5.
