• Evaluating patient skin conditions by screening diseases.
• Performing and supervising all privilege dermatology procedures on the skin including skin punch biopsy.
• Provides supervision to residents/trainees.
• Ensures the availability in all on call services and response within the time frame in accordance to the hospital policies.
• Follows all related hospital policies and procedures.
• Carries out full range of in-patient and /or outpatient duties as assigned in accordance with individual approved clinical privilege.
• Refers patients to appropriate specialized clinicians.
• Abides by the medical staff bylaws, code of the medical ethics, rules and regulations of the medical staff and those specific pf the department/sections.
• Provides the highest quality of medical care for the patients for who he/she is responsible/
• Keeps informed of current developments in the field of dermatology and participate in discussions, lectures and in-service training.
