As the Manager of Credit Administration, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the center, meeting departmental key result areas (KRAs) while adhering to internal and external policies and guidelines.

Your role will involve tracking productivity, turnaround time for loan drawdowns, and the quality of services, reporting any gaps to headquarters for improvement.

This role reports to the Head of Wholesale Credit Operations and the successful candidates will be based in the Kuching, Sarawak office.
