Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at MUKTA located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Company Secretary will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing legal documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will also involve providing support to senior management and board meetings.
