- Report GM of Sale and Marketing.- Report to management on monthly sales status and forecast. - To be main contact person to support customer.- To attend the customer briefing and communicate info to each department. - Receive the RFQ and submit quotation.- Responsible about customer agreement.- Prepare and update the company presentation material.- Get the customer complain to inform and follow up the action to related department to solving the problem.- Support delivery section as concern to special order / discuss with customer in-charge and all section to smooth and achieve delivery. - Attend all monthly supplier meeting of each customer. - Contact with technical support Thai/oversea to achieve trial produce and delivery to customer on time. - Responsible about Quality System IATF16949 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015.
