**Responsibilities**:

- To lead and manage the Sales Department in execution of marketing strategy and undertaking of driving business performance for the Company by strategizing, planning, implementing and marketing activities.
- Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved.
- To market our range of product to all existing and new customers.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- To monitor, maintain and improve the service quality to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
- To approach potential customers in promoting the products.
- Generate new sales enquiries and expand market potential to meet performance targets.
- To monitor and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare customer's quotations, secure orders and ensure goods are properly delivered.
- Follow up and upkeep the sales records.
