• Min. 5 yrs Senior Management Experience in 5* Game Lodges
• Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
• Good F&B background with wine knowledge and interest
• Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to compile accurate and conclusive oprtational and spend reports (FM in on site)
• Energetic, proactive couple, who lays ownership to the camp, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership and delegation skills
• English speaking and written skills. Foreign language advantage
• Solid track record in the hospitality industry with contactable references
