Vacancy – Citrus Production Manager

A leading citrus production business is seeking a competent candidate who possess the following abilities:

1. Ability to Manage People (30 Permanents ±300 Seasonal).

2. Able to solve problems and communicate effectively.

3. Self-driven and able to motivate others.

4. Attention to detail and able to follow up and give feedback.

5. Computer literate and report writing.

6. Leadership and perseverance to attain targets.

The successful candidate who has the following responsibilities:

1. People management

2. Management of Production activities. (Spray, Fertilizing, Irrigation, Pruning, etc.)

3. Resources Management.

4. Quality Management.

5. Management of Ethical Processes.

Previous experience in a management position would be an advantage.
