One of our clients, a manufacturer of precision machined components, has an opening for a Design Engineer.

Reporting to: Research & Development Manager

Job description:
• Design of new products.
• Optimisation of current products.
• Oversee design projects from initialisation to manufacturing implementation.
• Provide technical assistance to customers.
• Provide expert technical support for the company’s internal production facilities.
• Assist internal and external customers with technical queries, optimisations, designs, performance analysis and testing.

Min requirements:
• ND Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years mechanical engineering design experience in manufacturing environment, preferably CNC machining.
• Project management.

Salary: R 50k pm CTC depending on skills, experience and qualifications. More Detail
