We are looking for a Service Design for a project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements :
Proven experience in service design and transition activities ITIL v3 or V4 certified Proficiency in requirements management tools and software (Azure DevOps,Jira, ServiceNow) Experience of constructing service design packages Experience in managing requirements for complex or large-scale software projects Proficiency in English
