Purposes

The Pacific Area Information and Communication Services Department is seeking to appoint a Technical Support Representative at the Country Office based in Tonga. This is a fixed-term 6-month position.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide information and communication services and leadership that enable the Church to hasten the work of salvation.

Specific Duties

Responsibilities
• Project based for PC Deployment
• Assist Senior TSR’s with work as directed
• Assist training customers in use of technology
• Assist in responding to calls, tickets and requests

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• IT Certifications desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills in English and Tongan language
• Experience providing great customer service
• Ability to follow directions and ask questions
