1. Job Summary:
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• Take charge of critical production incidents/outages recovery, ensuring applications are restored within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with offshore teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in reducing technical debts through problem management frameworks and automation solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities (% of time):
• Leverage 10 years of IT industry experience, with 4-6 years specifically in production support engagements.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency and understanding of application software architecture, development, support, and operation.
