About This Role

What will you be responsible for?

The main objective of the position is to provide the leadership, planning, and strategy for the safe and effective execution of the mine loading and hauling activities that will assist the overall Newmont Suriname Operation to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and ensure achievement of progressive, sustainable improvements across the Mine Operations consistent with Operational Goals and Objectives. The loading and hauling cover the entire mine area, such as the pit, waste dump, stockpiles, and mill feeder areas.
