Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at ABM Packaging Private Limited located in Sargodha. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing resources and staff, and optimizing production efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role in corrugation industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes, techniques, and standards in corrugation
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
