Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lubumbashi for a Proposal Engineer. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting proposals, bids and tender documents for Mining Engineering Services. The Proposal Engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in proposal writing, business development in the mining industry
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing
• Knowledge of the related regulations and standards
