A Cost Control Engineer is required to work in the Project Management and Technical Supervision Team for construction at a large infrastructure facility in Astana. Employment in a young, flexible, and progressive local project management company or employment for a short-term hybrid contract. Reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities
• Collecting data from the general contractor and communicating with their cost engineers/financiers;
• Compiling spreadsheets on the project budget;
• Analysis of project costs, payments and deviations of individual items and their impact on the overall budget, forecasting balances and price increases;
• Coordination with data on resources and project deadlines;
• Earned Value Analysis (EVM);
• Proposing preventive and reactive measures in relation to budget deviations;
• Interaction with members of our Team (5-10 people), teams of the Customer and the general contractor (2-3 people);
