Job Title - Senior Manager, Frozen Food Processing (RTC/RTE, NPD and Canning

Role Overview: As Senior Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of production operations for frozen food processing, including Frozen RTC, RTE Products, and Canning Operations

Experience : 8 to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for Frozen RTC and RTE Products, as well as Canning Operations.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• To ensure the processing cost as per budget and identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead and mentor production teams to drive performance and productivity.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive New Product Development initiatives.
• Oversee inventory control processes.
