Primary role will be to develop training plans and continuing education material to consistently improve associate behavior with regards to productivity and quality. Support management staff with creative training / education to improve overall operation effectiveness. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions.
