This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Customer Service team at W E Roberts (Corrugated), who provide essential support to new and existing customers.

Based in our head office in Northfleet Kent, the Client Services team manage and develop customer relations. You will work with surrounding departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will swap between phone calls, email enquiries and tasks while remaining focussed.

You will be supported with ongoing training to use our bespoke software and data base, along with group and one 2 one coaching on the industry and the products WER manufactures.

Candidate requirements:
• Accurate administration skills and attention to detail
• Upbeat telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Reliable and flexible
