22.5 Hours per week - Permanent

We have a part time position available within the Marlborough Community Team, as we are looking for inspirational Registered Nurses to deliver a high standard of quality care to patients within the community setting. Wiltshire Health and Care is proactive in developing community specific training and can offer a supportive and friendly environment in which to learn new skills.

Community Nurses deliver care in patients homes and residential homes as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, linking closely with the GP Practices and other community services in the local areas.
