Buckinghamshire Healthcare Projects Limited (BHPL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) welcomes private patients and, as a social enterprise, follows responsible business practice code by investing surplus to benefit patients and services within the Trust.

BHPL has been engaged by the BHT to provide the administration and management of private patients who are receiving treatment. Buckinghamshire Private Healthcare (BPHC) is the trading division of BHPL completing these administration and management activities.

Responsibilities

This role has a particular focus on coordinating across the patient journey, from enquiry level to discharge. This will involve liaising directly with Consultants and their secretaries, theatre teams, ward teams and other clinical areas to organise the booking and delivery of: outpatient appointments, diagnostics, procedures, admission to the unit for procedure, discharge and invoicing.
