HBLS Youth education center offers language, dance, art, theater and IT classes to 3-18 y.o. kids and teens.

We are looking for a full-time administrator to manage the administrative section of the school.

- **Sat **8:45-17:30
• *School holidays**
- **Mon **8:00-16:45

- **Thurs **8:00-16:45
- **Fri **8:00-16:45
• *REQUIREMENTS**
- Dynamic & sociable personality
- Fluency in English & French, basic knowledge of Dutch
- Administrative work experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Love and patience for working with kids
- Excellent knowledge of Office and Outlook
- High school diploma | BA / MA is preferred
