About the role

As Culture, Organization Development & Transformation Lead, you will serve as the driving force behind initiatives aimed at developing and transforming our organization's culture, particularly at the leadership level. This role encompasses designing and applying tailor made approaches, leading change management efforts, ensuring organizational agility, simplifying processes, and fostering an enterprise mindset.
