Job purpose

1. Act as a communication business partner to all stakeholders by ensuring proactive, timely, innovative and consistent communication in line with local/global HR processes and initiatives

2. Represent all facets of communications for all internal (but not limited to) external communications and branding related matters

3. Promote and enhance Swarovski’s culture (including values), positive behaviors and employee engagement across the organization

Main duties

1. Create and develop effective internal communications plan across the organization

2. Ensure the right/impactful messages reach the right target audiences

3. Manage and develop new/existing internal communications channels

4. Increase employee engagement through survey management, participation and promotion initiatives

5. Represent Swarovski brand ambassador in all perspectives

6. Perform positive touch point for business visits (hospitality and presentations)
