Job Summary:
• Conduct all aspects of inspections including product pre-shipment inspection (Final Random Inspection (FRI)), production in-process inspection, and client’s sample review, as per defined quality and safety requirement.
• Conduct factory audit and actively work with Factories / Suppliers to ensure that factories and manufacturing processes are in line with TMS and client’s protocol requirements and suitable to make product that meet quality and safety requirements.
• Follow up on quality issues, e.g., Intervention test failure, customer complaint, etc.
• Work with factory in house laboratory to ensure that products are tested in professional and competence manner.
• Work with tool maker and factories to ensure that tools manufacturing processes, and produced products meet TMS/client quality and safety requirements.
