Qualification:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Food Technology and Agriculture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG with 3 years as Production or Processing Manager.
- Having Six Sigma Black Belt and minimum Six Sigma Green Belt
- Good communication and presentation skills especially facing people from multiple different level and functions
- Solid knowledge of Lean and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt)
- Ability to make project plan by Microsoft Project and work out project layout and concept solution.

- Initiate, lead and monitor the execution of improvement projects within the Operation organization.
