Credit Controller | Accounts | Ghana

A Credit Controller position has become available in our Accounts team in Accra.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Assist practitioners and team leaders on the issuance of timely invoices
• Liaise with practitioners/team leaders to ensure statement clients’ bills including narrations) are accurate and issued in time
• To effectively and efficiently understand and pro-actively support the practitioner’s collection efforts with respect to their debtors’ book
• To build and maintain effective trust relationships with internal and external clients
• To have intimate knowledge of the collection status of all matters on their debtors book at all times
• Achievement of monthly collection targets
• Swift escalation of any difficult clients / matters to the team leader for guidance when required
• Identifying client payments daily on bank statement and assisting with allocations
