The People Manager Transformation Lead will provide leadership & expertise to drive transformation, organisational culture, leadership development and manager engagement through the creation, execution and evaluation of learning and development strategies, activities and deliverables/metrics across the organization focusing on the competencies, behaviours and mind set aligned with AstraZeneca Strategies and Values.

This role will lead the OD transformational journey, with particular focus on bold mindset and high-performance culture via change & leadership development programs, utilising a range of focused interventions to help shape and influence enterprise organization strategy.
