Stakeholder Relations Manager

The Stakeholders Relations Manager (SRM) is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders in a complex environment surrounding the brewery (Tangerang and Sampangagung) including but not limited to: provincial and local governments, police, military, local chiefs (_kepala adat_), local villages/communities as well as the media.

The SRM should understand well the community environment (its issues and challenges - sensitive towards them); possess a solid communications and social skills; and passionate about creating good positive relations with the community in order to successfully perform the role. Knowledge about public and media relations is also deemed necessary.
