Job Responsibility
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services to accurately address customer queries.
• Provide assistance and support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

Job Requirements
• Ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond with patience and empathy.
• Capacity to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
• Capability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with customers effectively.
